02Turn these on first

Three WhatsApp workflows for a financial services team

  1. 1

    Renewals that don't lapse

Your policy system tells Mywa 30 and 7 days before renewal; the customer gets a reminder with a link, and replies go to their adviser.

  2. 2

    Payment notices

Due, received and failed-payment notices go out automatically from your billing system.

  3. 3

    Codes on WhatsApp

Send login and approval codes as authentication templates from your app through Mywa's API.

03What it costs

A real monthly bill, by where your customers are

A firm sending 3,000 renewal and payment notices, 2,000 one-time passwords, a 2,000-message offer and 2,000 replies a month, at Meta's rates effective 1 October 2026, with 1,000 free replies.

04Know the rules

Messaging customers the right way

Meta's policies keep WhatsApp useful for customers, and following them keeps your number healthy:

  • 1

Financial products are regulated. check what your regulator allows on messaging apps, and keep records your rules require.

  • 2

Meta's Commerce Policy restricts some financial products, such as certain loans and crypto offers.

  • 3

Never ask for full card numbers, passwords or PINs in chat; use Mywa's role-based access so only the right staff see customer chats.

  • 4

Get opt-in before sending marketing, and make opting out easy: Mywa handles opt-out replies for you.
