Mywa vs a provider that charges per message
Many WhatsApp API providers make their money on every message you send. Mywa charges for the software only.
Provider with message fees
- Per-message rate
- Meta's rate plus a fee or margin
- Example fee
- Twilio lists $0.005 per message, sent or received; Gupshup $0.001
- Who bills messages
- The provider, often from a prepaid balance
- As you grow
- Fees grow with every message
- Team members
- Often priced per seat
Mywa
- Per-message rate
- Meta's official rate, nothing added
- Example fee
- $0
- Who bills messages
- Meta, on your own account
- As you grow
- $14.99/month at any volume
- Team members
- 5 included
Fees as listed on each provider's own pricing page, checked 25 October 2026. Some providers, such as 360dialog and respond.io, also pass Meta's rates through without markup; compare their software prices.
Everything the API makes possible, in one plan
No tiers, no per-seat pricing, no add-ons.
One shared inbox for the whole team
Every WhatsApp chat lands in one inbox. Assign conversations, leave internal notes and control what each agent can see.
Your advantage: No customer waits because the person with the phone is busy, and chat history stays when someone moves on.
Campaigns to thousands, tracked to the last tick
Send approved templates to opted-in contacts now, on a schedule or on repeat, with sent, delivered, read and replied counts.
Your advantage: Reach every customer in an afternoon and see exactly which campaigns bring replies.
Automations that answer while you sleep
Reply to ad leads instantly, ask qualifying questions, route chats and follow up, with quiet hours and per-contact caps built in.
Your advantage: Leads get an answer in seconds in any time zone, so fewer of the people you paid to reach go cold.
WhatsApp calls, answered by the team
Take and place WhatsApp voice calls in the browser. Incoming calls ring every available agent; the first to answer takes it.
Your advantage: Customers who'd rather talk reach you on the number they already chat with.
Connected to the tools you already use
Shopify order and abandoned-cart events, new leads written to Google Sheets, outbound webhooks and a REST API.
Your advantage: Order updates and cart reminders go out on their own.

WhatsApp Business API rules to know before you start
Meta's policies keep WhatsApp free of spam, and following them keeps your number healthy:
- 1
Opt-in first. only message people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and honour opt-outs at once.
- 2
The 24-hour window. after a customer messages you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. Outside it, use an approved template.
- 3
Messaging limits. new numbers can start conversations with a limited number of customers a day, rising as people engage with what you send.
- 4
Quality rating. if many customers block or report your messages, Meta can restrict sending, so keep messages relevant and expected.
- 5
Business verification. verifying your business with Meta raises your messaging limits and unlocks some features.
