Mywa vs WATI, Interakt, AiSensy & Gallabox
Most WhatsApp platforms look alike until you add up the bill. Here is what each one charges for the software, for your team, and for every message — straight from their own pricing pages.
Updated September 2026
Where the money actually goes
Two costs decide what WhatsApp really costs you: the platform fee for your team, and what you pay per message.
| Mywa — unlimited users | ₹833 |
|---|---|
| Interakt Growth — unlimited agents | ₹2,239 |
| Gallabox Essential — 6 users (Basic caps at 3) | ₹5,599 |
| Mywa — Meta's rate, zero markup | ₹863 |
|---|---|
| Interakt Growth — listed rate | ₹958 |
| AiSensy — listed rate | ₹1,090 |
Prices from each provider's public pricing page on 27 September 2026, excluding GST on platform fees. Providers don't state whether listed per-message rates include GST; Meta's own rate is ₹0.8631 per marketing message before 18% GST (₹1.018 with GST). WATI prices in USD (Pro: $99/month billed annually, 5 users) and WATI and Gallabox don't list per-message rates, so they aren't in these charts. Prices change — check each provider's page.

Per-seat plans with message margins vs one flat fee
The common model
- Plan price rises with each tier, and some tiers cap how many people can log in
- Extra team members billed per user, per month
- Messages bought as credits from the provider, at its own listed rate
- Chatbots or automation limits sold as add-ons or tied to higher plans
Mywa
- One plan: ₹999/month or ₹9,999/year (+GST), every feature included
- Unlimited team members — add your whole team at no extra cost
- Messages billed by Meta directly at its official rate — zero markup
- Automations, calling, payments and integrations included, no add-ons
What you gain by switching
Pay Meta, not a middleman
Your WhatsApp Business Account is billed by Meta at its published rates. Mywa charges only the flat software fee.
Your advantage: Every rupee you save on markup is a rupee back in your marketing budget — and your costs stay predictable as you grow.
Grow the team without growing the bill
Unlimited team members on one plan, with roles and scopes that control who sees what.
Your advantage: Add a new salesperson or support agent the day you hire them — no upgrade, no per-seat fee.
Automation included, not an add-on
Visual workflows that reply to ad leads, qualify them and follow up, with anti-spam guardrails.
Your advantage: Every lead gets an answer in seconds, even at midnight — without paying extra for a chatbot builder.
WhatsApp calling in the browser
Answer and place WhatsApp voice calls from Mywa; incoming calls ring every available agent.
Your advantage: Customers who prefer to talk reach your team on the same number they already chat with.
How to choose a WhatsApp Business API provider
Every provider on this page uses the same official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, so message delivery works the same way. What differs is how you pay and what's included. Before you choose, add up a realistic month:
- 1
Platform fee at the billing cycle you'll actually use (monthly, quarterly or annual).
- 2
How many people need to log in — and the price per extra user if your plan caps it.
- 3
Your monthly marketing, utility and service message volume × the rate you'll pay per message. Compare against Meta's published rate to see any margin.
- 4
Add-ons you'll need. chatbot builder, AI, extra automation runs, integrations.
- 5
From 1 October 2026, Meta also charges for service messages (replies) at utility rates — check how each provider bills them.
