Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how UIFLOW TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. (“UIFLOW”, “Mywa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Mywa platform, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Mywa is a business messaging platform built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy covers two groups:
- Customers — businesses and their team members who register for and use Mywa to communicate with their own customers.
- End users — the contacts and recipients that our Customers message through the Services. For end-user data, our Customer is the data controller and Mywa acts as a data processor on their behalf.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & profile data: name, business name, email address, phone number, password, role, and billing details.
- WhatsApp Business Account details:information required to connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) via Meta’s Embedded Signup, such as your business profile, phone number, and display name.
- Contacts & content: contact lists, custom attributes, tags, notes, message templates, campaigns, and media you upload or create.
Information from WhatsApp / Meta
- Messaging data: the content and metadata of messages sent and received through your WhatsApp Business Account, including delivery, read, and reply status, processed via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
- End-user identifiers: phone numbers and profile information of the contacts your business chooses to message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Services.
- Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure and improve the Services.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Deliver messages, campaigns, reminders, and automations you configure.
- Authenticate users, process billing, and provide customer support.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms or Meta’s policies.
- Send you service, security, and (where permitted) marketing communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your WhatsApp messages for advertising.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta
Mywa integrates exclusively with the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use Mywa to send or receive WhatsApp messages, that data is also processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Terms and related Meta policies. You are responsible for using the Services in compliance with WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies, including obtaining the necessary consent (opt-in) from recipients before messaging them.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Meta / WhatsApp: to deliver your messages and campaigns through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Service providers: vetted vendors that host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide analytics — under confidentiality obligations.
- Integrations you enable: such as Google Sheets, only when you connect and authorize them.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of UIFLOW, our Customers, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Customers may request deletion of their account data as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International data transfers
We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than your own, including India. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@uiflow.in. If you are an end user, please contact the business that messaged you, as they control your data; we will assist them as their processor.
10. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
