If you're choosing between WATI, Interakt and AiSensy, start with what they have in common: all three run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so delivery, template approval and WhatsApp's rules are the same on each. What differs is the software price, how many people can log in, what you pay per message and what costs extra. A note before we start: we make Mywa, which we've added as a fourth option, so we're not neutral. That's why every competitor figure below comes from the provider's own public pricing page, with the date we checked it, and why we say plainly where another provider is the better fit.
The short answer
- WATI suits businesses that are happy to pay in US dollars and want to try before they buy: it offers a 7-day free trial, and Pro is $99/month billed annually for 5 users. Its pricing page doesn't list per-message rates.
- Interakt suits teams that need lots of people on one number. Growth is ₹2,799/month with unlimited agents, and it lists marketing messages at ₹0.949–₹0.970.
- AiSensy suits large teams too: its "unlimited" plans allow up to 200 agents under its fair-use policy. Marketing messages are listed at ₹1.09, though, and the chatbot builder is an add-on.
- Mywa suits teams of up to 5. It costs ₹999/month (₹833/month billed annually) with every feature, and you pay Meta's own message rates with zero markup.

WATI's plan prices are from its pricing page as checked on 27 September 2026; they weren't in the page text when we checked again on 20 October 2026. Everything else in the table was on each provider's pricing page on 20 October 2026. Meta's rates are from its rate card effective 1 October 2026.
WATI
In one line: a USD-priced platform with tiered plans and a 7-day free trial.
Billed annually, Growth is $49/month for 3 users with no option to add more, Pro is $99/month for 5 users (+$24 per extra user) and Business is $249/month for 5 users (+$69 per extra user). The plans include 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 automation triggers a month. The pricing page says message charges vary by country and category but doesn't list the rates.
Interakt
In one line: an INR-priced platform with unlimited agents and published per-message rates.
Growth is ₹2,799/month and Advanced ₹3,799/month (+taxes), with 20% off on yearly billing. Both include unlimited agents and cover WhatsApp and Instagram. Growth includes FAQ automations and linear chatbot flows; Advanced adds branching chatbot flows, API calls and chat auto-assignment. Marketing messages to Indian numbers are listed at ₹0.958 on Growth and ₹0.949 on Advanced, and the Enterprise plan lists "No Markup Charges".
AiSensy
In one line: "unlimited" plans with per-message pricing and paid chatbot add-ons.
The pricing page describes its plans as "Unlimited Users", which it defines as no limit on the monthly active customers you can message. Its fair-use policy caps "unlimited" at 200 agents. Plan prices weren't shown in the page text we checked. Listed rates for Indian users are ₹1.09 per marketing message and ₹0.145 per utility, authentication or service message, with the first 1,000 service messages free each month. The chatbot builder costs ₹2,500/month (₹2,250/month billed annually) for 5 chatbots.
Mywa
In one line: one flat plan with every feature, for teams of up to 5, at Meta's own message rates.
Mywa costs ₹999/month or ₹9,999/year (+GST) in India, and $14.99/month internationally. That one plan includes a shared team inbox for up to 5 people, bulk, scheduled and recurring campaigns, a no-code automation builder, WhatsApp calling in the browser, payments in chat through your own Razorpay, PayU, BillDesk or Zaakpay account, and integrations with Shopify, Google Sheets and Meta's Conversions API. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business Account directly for messages, and Mywa adds no markup.
Message rates compared with Meta's
At any real volume, the per-message rate decides most of your bill. Meta's India rate is ₹0.8631 per marketing message and ₹0.115 per utility message, before 18% GST. Here's what 1,000 messages cost at each listed rate:
| 1,000 messages to Indian numbers | Marketing | Above Meta's rate | Utility | Above Meta's rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meta's rate (Mywa) | ₹863 | — | ₹115 | — |
| Interakt Advanced | ₹949 | 10% | ₹140 | 22% |
| Interakt Growth | ₹958 | 11% | ₹150 | 30% |
| AiSensy | ₹1,090 | 26% | ₹145 | 26% |
| WATI | Not listed | — | Not listed | — |
Interakt and AiSensy don't say whether their listed rates include GST, so the true gap may be smaller; ask them before you compare.
What a team of 5 pays
Take 5 people on one number sending 5,000 marketing messages a month, on monthly billing where offered:
| Provider | Software for 5 people | 5,000 marketing messages | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mywa | ₹999 | ₹4,315.50 (Meta's rate) | ₹5,314.50 |
| Interakt Growth | ₹2,799 | ₹4,790.00 | ₹7,589.00 |
| AiSensy | Not listed | ₹5,450.00 | — |
| WATI Pro (Growth caps at 3 users) | $99, billed annually | Not listed | — |
On annual billing, Mywa's software drops to ₹833/month. Where a provider didn't list a number, we left the total blank. To try your own volumes, use the WhatsApp pricing calculator.
Where each one is weaker
- WATI: Growth caps at 3 users with no extra seats, so a team of 4 or 5 has to move up to Pro. Per-message rates aren't on the pricing page, and because it bills in USD, the rupee cost moves with the exchange rate.
- Interakt: marketing messages cost 10–12% more than Meta's rate on its listed plans (no markup only on Enterprise), and Growth costs more than twice as much as Mywa's plan.
- AiSensy: the listed marketing rate is 26% above Meta's, chatbots cost extra, and you can't see plan prices in the page text.
- Mywa: the plan includes up to 5 team members, so it isn't built for large support teams. There's one plan, with no unlimited-agent tier to upgrade to.
Which should you pick?
- You need more than 5 people on one number: choose Interakt or AiSensy for unlimited agents, and compare their per-message rates with Meta's.
- You bill in USD or sell in several countries: WATI's USD plans may suit you better.
- You want to try before paying: WATI lists a 7-day free trial, and Interakt offers a free trial on its plans.
- You're a team of up to 5 sending regular campaigns: Mywa costs ₹999/month for the whole team, with every message at Meta's rate.
- You need chatbots and automation without add-ons: Mywa and Interakt include automation in the plan. WATI's plans include a set number of automation triggers a month, and AiSensy sells its chatbot builder separately.
Where Mywa fits
Mywa is built for small and mid-sized businesses with up to 5 people on WhatsApp who want one predictable price and Meta's own rates. If that's you, the numbers are on its side: in our example Mywa comes to ₹5,314.50 a month against ₹7,589 for Interakt Growth, and AiSensy's 5,000 marketing messages alone (₹5,450) cost more than Mywa's software and messages together. The gap widens as you send more marketing messages.
It's not the right pick for everyone. If you have a support team of 10, 20 or 50 people on one number, Interakt or AiSensy will serve you better, because their plans include unlimited agents. If you'd rather pay in dollars, WATI is the natural choice. For plan-by-plan detail, see our comparisons of Mywa vs WATI, Mywa vs Interakt and Mywa vs AiSensy, or the full comparison table.
